Suse Linux License Agreement

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR A LICENSE FOR A PARTICULAR COMPONENT, OPENSUSE Leap 15.1 AND THE COMPONENTS ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE “AS PROVIDED” BY APPLICABLE LAW, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, AND ARE GRANTED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF GB, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The openSUSE project does not warrant that the functions contained in openSUSE Leap 15.1 meet your needs, or that the operation of openSUSE Leap 15.1 is completely error-free or that it appears exactly as described in the accompanying documentation. USE OF OPENSUSE Leap 15.1 is at your own risk. openSUSE Leap 15.1 and each of its components, including source code, documentation, appearance, structure and organization, are protected by copyright by the openSUSE project and others and are protected by copyright and other laws. Ownership of openSUSE Leap 15.1 and any component or copy remains with such or their licensors, subject to the applicable license. The “openSUSE” trademark is a trademark of SUSE, LLC. in the United States and other countries and is used with permission. This Agreement allows you to distribute unchanged or modified copies of openSUSE Leap 15.1 using the “openSUSE” trademark, provided that you comply with the openSUSE Project Brand Rules in en.opensuse.org/Legal. You must follow these branding rules when distributing openSUSE Leap 15.1, whether or not openSUSE 15.1 leap has been modified. any end user you know or have reason to know uses openSUSE Leap 15.1 for the design, development or production of nuclear, chemical or biological missile weapons or systems, space-carrying missiles and clay launchers or unmanned aerial systems, unless approved by the competent governmental authority by specific regulation or license; or (3) any end user who has been banned from participating in U.S.

export operations by a federal agency of the U.S. government.
