New name, new location, same great (or better) show!

Awards (1st, 2nd, 3rd) will be presented in 23 categories. In addition there will be special awards for Best Paint, Best Interior, Best Engine, Best Competition Vehicle, Best Corvette (our Featured Marque), Peoples’ Choice, Best In Show,  and the Contest Theme (see info below). Along with the model car contest, participants and visitors will be able to shop in our vendor area.

Contest Theme: “Eat, drink, and be merry!”

Theme information:
Any vehicle that is food or drink related. (Food trucks. A truck delivering or logoed for a food or beverage. A race car sponsored by a food or beverage.)

A Note About Military Vehicles:
No tracked or semi-tracked military vehicles (i.e. tank, halftrack) allowed, although civilian tracked or semi-tracked vehicles (i.e. bulldozer, snowcat) are allowed. Military jeeps (and foreign equivalents such as kubelwagon, GAZ-69, etc.), motorcycles, and transport trucks are allowed in appropriate categories. Machine guns are only mounted weapons allowed. No towed weapons.

Admission Prices:
General Admission, 16 and over – $5
General Admission, 15 and under – $1
Adult Contest Entry (16 years old & up) – $10 for first 2 entries, $2 per each additional entry
Juniors (15 years old and under) – $2 for all you can enter

Vendor tables are available for $35 each.
Sponsorships are available for $30 per category (1st, 2nd, 3rd) or special award.

4:00 PM to 7:00 PM – early vendor set up.
8:00 AM to 9:30 AM – Vendor set up only.
9:30 AM to 5:00 PM – Show open to public.
9:30 AM to 1:30 PM – Contest entries accepted.
1:30 PM to 3:30 PM – Contest judging will take place.
3:30 PM to 4:00 PM – Awards Ceremony.
4:00 PM to 5:00 PM – Display and vendor break down.

Each person who enters models in the contest must fill out a Registration form. In addition, they must also fill out one Entry form per model. You can get and fill out those form at the show, or you can download the forms from here and fill everything out before you leave home. Forms are available below in PDF & Microsoft Excel formats. (Note that the Entry form download sheet contains 3 entry forms, as they are small.)
